JavaLangClash for for other frameworks' APIs

### Description of the problem / feature request:

JavaLangClash is awesome. I imagine it could be useful for many other frameworks too. My first thought was Android, but I'm sure there could be plenty others. It would be great to make it easy to warn against reusing names that are likely to be confused.

### Feature requests: what underlying problem are you trying to solve with this feature?

Decrease the amount of user-written types that are not intuitive when viewing a usage site.
