Add Component Descriptor Subfield Type

There are instances where components require their own descriptors, similar to measurement descriptors. Consider adding them and refactoring the way certain fields are implemented.

For example: `evaporator_fan_run_command`, where `evaporator` is a component descriptor for `fan`; alternatively, consider allowing multiple components, where `evaporator` and `fan` would both be components.
