Set up GitHub action to automatically generate .md files

With the code to generate Markdown files from DFIQ YAML files [published](#12), it would be nice to have the public site automatically rebuild every time there's a change in the YAML files.

We already have a GH Action to build the mkdocs site off the Markdown files; what's missing is the YAML->Markdown set.
