App description uses http:// URL

When I go to the configuration page for Copybara-Service in our org, the description looks like this:

Clicking the rightmost link leads to a warning (in Google Chrome browser) that the site is insecure. The http:// part can probably be changed to https:// these days, and this will probably avoid the warning for weird people like me who actually click on those things.
