Sync github pr containing multi commits to gitlab mr

Hi, I don't know if it is possible to sync many commits in one pr to a gitlab mr iteratively. It would only sync the head commit to mr when I tried. I want to sync outside commits of pr to internal repo and merge them into master branch after reviewing, and then, after syncing internal master branch to outside master branch, this pr is merged automatically by `integrate` of copybara.
