Description
In https://closure-compiler.app, when doing "Whitespace only", the setting:
`// @language_out ECMASCRIPT_NEXT`
needs to be added otherwise a `for(const row of rows)` returns `$jscomp` and loads of junk JavaScript code that won't run.
