source_map_location_mapping should be adaptive to path separator

Description
I use closure-compiler on windows 10.
I think that source_map_location_mapping option is not matching for a path separated backslash.
--create_source_map XXX
--source_map_location_mapping XXX\XXX.js:XXX.js
