Description
I'll send PR to improve ES6 polyfill but I don't know how to run [the tests](https://github.com/google/closure-compiler/tree/e6dfb88c41eec9d5172eb0294228da5266b84496/test/com/google/javascript/jscomp/runtime_tests).
Please add the docs and run them in the CI process by default.
