Would it be possible to create a release container for trillian/ctfe/ct_server

Hey there, in Sigstore we use the ctfe that runs on top of Trillian and we were wondering if it would be possible to release a container for that? (If you already do this I missed it, my apologies)

It would be super easy to build the container with ko
https://github.com/ko-build/ko

And then would be great to get it signed with cosign.
If this is something of interest maybe we could put together a github action for this. Though I see you use cloud build so, is that something that would be preferable?
