Scrollbar between in Stats seems to be shared

Reproduction steps:
- Open a session
- Click the Stats tab
- Click the Files side bar
- Scroll down
- Click the Network side bar

Expected: The Network view is at the top of the page.

Actual: The Network view is at the same (absolute, but could be relative) position in the page as it was in the Files view.

Reproduce the issue by opening a session, navigating to Stats, scrolling the Files sidebar, and then opening Network. Inspect how the Files and Network views handle their scroll position; the fix is complete when Network opens at the top rather than retaining Files' position.
