Error installing capsem 0.6.3 on macOS

I saw that releases had recently been published for capsem, so I downloaded the 0.6.3 pkg for macOS and ran it. The installer failed with "/Users/achernya/.capsem/bin/capsem-process: no such file or directory". I checked that directory and it in fact was not present, the only files in it were capsem, capsem-admin, capsem-bench-rs, capsem-gateway, capsem-mcp, capsem-mcp-aggregator, capsem-mock-server, capsem-tray, capsem-tui.
