Caliper should allow adding names to runs after the fact

Often I forget to apply a name to a caliper run, this is fine in the short run
since i can just copy paste the uuid around, but in the long run being able to
see run names in the web ui is more useful.

It would be nice to be able to set a name (after the fact) on a run in the web
ui.
