Returns immediately on command line without any info

Running this tool on the command line return immediately on windows 10, if the arguments are correct it will do what it says on the tin, otherwise there's no error message. It would be preferable if the tool instead was able to communicate what went wrong to give the user some sort of direction trying to deduce what argument is faulty. This is using the latest build 1.15.4
