[FR] cp312 release on pypi

Python 3.12 has been out since early October last year, but there is no cp312 release on pypi

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Can a cp312 wheel be added to pypi

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Whilst we can build the package locally, it doesn't trivially build in our environment which makes it very difficult to use as a depedency
