ukey2 issue

After cloning this repo, i get:
```

A problem occurred evaluating project ':encryptionrunner'.
> Project with path ':libs:ukey2' could not be found in project ':encryptionrunner'.
```

If I clone ukey2 from https://github.com/google/ukey2, i get many other errors linked to its build.gradle content.

What did I miss?
