Allow me to capture more than one manual capture from a running Android app

**Environment information:**
- AGI version: 2021-2.0.0:aad09f92ea8e608b11001aae1f93af3cc1101096
- Host OS: macOS 11.4
If tracing on Android:
- Device model: Samsung Galaxy S10e
- Android Version: 11

**Bug description**
I need to be able to perform more than one capture in the run of an app. Also the current capture dialog is modal, preventing access and review of an existing capture while a new capture is being performed.

**Reproduction steps**
Hit "Capture Trace"
Ty to work with existing capture but are blocked by the posted dialog
Hit Start and then Wait for end of capture
Hit "Capture Trace" again, and AGI relaunches a brand new app instead of capturing from the existing already running app.
