Cannot start OpenGL on ANGLE trace on Pixel 9a

**Environment information:**
- AGI version: 2024-3.3.3:dev-20241219-5f97b4fd99a9459320b782203ce2de5351a1e661
- Host OS: macOS
If tracing on Android:
- Device model: Google Pixel 9a
- Android Version: 16

**Bug description**
OK button in "Capture A New Trace" dialog is always disabled when "Frame Profile - OpenGL on ANGLE" is selected. There is no indication of anything being wrong. The button gets enabled if any other Type is selected.

**Reproduction steps**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
* Start AGI
* Choose "Capture Frame Profiler Trace"
* Wait for device to appear, notice that OK button is enabled
* Change Type to "Frame Profile - OpenGL on ANGLE"
* OK button gets disabled, there is no red text. Clicking on the button does nothing.
