Trace capture does not working on Galaxy Tab S9

- Device model: samsung SM-X710 - Android 14 API 34 - Qualcomm Adreno (TM) 740
- Android Version: Android 14

**Bug description**

'Open Trace' button does not working.

**Reproduction steps**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Try to capture frame
- Press 'Open Trace' button after almost 1 frame
- It does not work. Error message is 'No compatible replay device found. Please plug in a compatible device and refresh the list'
