AGI tool do not support on AMD celedon car device.

**Environment information:**
- AGI version: AGI version: 3.3.0
- Host OS: [e.g. Linux] Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
If tracing on Android:
- Device model:celadon_car_x86_64
- Android Version:13

**Bug description**
AGI (Android Graphics Inspector) do not support AMD celadon_car_x86_64 device

**Reproduction steps**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Check adb devices (devices shows in the list)
2. Launch AGIv tool, it show **"Encountered an unexpected error when validating"**
