Is there a way to add KMS key to bigquery_toolset?

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
My org has KMS key org constraints for running any bigquery job but I don't see any parameter to pass to bigquery_toolset.

It would be good to have a way to pass KMS key to toolset
