Plugins are supported by the ADK web interface.

**Describe the bug**

In plugin doc, https://google.github.io/adk-docs/plugins/, it said "Plugins are not supported by the [ADK web interface](https://google.github.io/adk-docs/evaluate/#1-adk-web-run-evaluations-via-the-web-ui)"

**Expected behavior**

However, I can still use adk web to validate plugin function.
