**Describe the bug**
Bottom footer is blocking click access to left navigation list
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to any page in the documentation
2. attempt to scroll down to the end of the navigation list, such as the **Reference** section
**Expected behavior**
Should be able to view and click on items in the Reference section.
