Artifacts when Colour profile is HD(1-1-1)

Description
Videos with colour profile HD(1-1-1) are playing with a lot of blur and artifacts, while the same video without this color profile is playing correctly.
The bug can be reproduced with the Exoplayer Demo app.

Exoplayer version is 2.16.1, tested on Android API 29 and Android API 31
I think [this issue](https://github.com/google/ExoPlayer/issues/4545 ) is the same
