Issue Description
I try to use ima url before playing my media content with exoplayer. When the device is offline if I try to play the media with ima url the player stucks at buffer state. It never sends any log so I cannot continue to play media content.
Exoplayer Version Number : 2.13.1
Android Version: Android 9 - Android 10
Android Devices: Any Android devices
