Incorrect AdMarkers are being highlighted - MidRoll Ad Replays

### Reproduction steps

1. Launch video
2. Scrub past two midroll pods
3. User must watch at least one
4. Scrub back between the first and second midroll pod
5. Watch midroll pod (since first midroll marker still active)
6. Close player and relaunch/resume same episode
7. Confirm first and second midroll markers are inactive
8. Scrub ahead past third midroll - watch midroll ads - third midroll marker becomes inactive
9. Scrub back in front of third midroll pod - keep an eye on 2nd and 3rd midroll markers.
- The 2nd or 3rd midroll marker may become active again
- If 2nd midroll marker becomes active again, a midroll will play again, but starting at Ad 2/4
10. If content just continues to play, continue to Step 10
11. Close player again and relaunch
