### Reproduction steps

Play the attached video in the mail with ExoPlayer.

### Expected result

The video should be playable.

### Actual result

While playing a video on an Android device in kiosk mode, Exoplayer shows the following error com.google.android.exoplayer2.mediacodec.MediaCodecRenderer$DecoderInitializationException:
Decoder init failed: OMX.qcom.video.decoder.avc, Format(1, null, null, video/avc, null, -1, null, [1200, 1920, -1.0], [-1, -1]) and a black screen is displayed.
