How to make exoplayer stream to a stream url server using hls?

This is to mean, while my exoplayer is playing it is also be able to stream to a server that generates the playlist with .m3u8 or generate it itself

Currently, I have a TV app developed using exoplayer however have so far failed to implement such where it can support to stream to hls.....And this is being done using java
