I presume this doesn't work on most COTS hardware?

I'm here exploring LLM's and while looking at T5 on their repo page, it said to come here.

I'm interested in Q/A systems, I know there are other model's available that do run on COTS, just asking for those who wish to run on premise equipment and/or if there will be a COTS available version of T5X that can run on COTS.
