The bucket for the Natural Questions tiny dev listed in the `bert_joint` README set does not exist. Where can I find the data?

$ gsutil cp -R gs://bert-nq/tiny-dev .
BucketNotFoundException: 404 gs://bert-nq bucket does not exist.
