What is algae_alpha in "neural_coin_dice.py"?

I would like to first thank the authors for making the code publically avaliable. Since the notations in the code is not consistent with that in the paper, I was wondering could you add some explanations in the code? Specifcally, could you explain where does the variable "algae_alpha" in "neural_coin_dice.py" appear in the paper? Is it the \alpha you used in (41) in the paper?

Clarify in the code whether it corresponds to that α and document the relationship between the code notation and the paper notation; done means the variable's meaning is explicit in the file.
