Description
The current README.md in the repo root directory doesn't have a reference for verifying changes through evals. It should contain this with a link to the instructions for writing and running evals.
Contributor guide
First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.
- Comment on the issue to say you are picking it up — it saves two people doing the same work.
- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Open README.md in the repository root and find the section where contributors verify changes. Add a reference link to the instructions for writing and running evals, then check that the rendered README link works and clearly directs contributors to those instructions.
