### Description of the feature request:
Eventhoug we disabled LangSmith. However, the service still attempts to connect to LangSmith when it start-up, and we haven’t found a way to disable this connection check.
### What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?
We should be totally remove langsmith dependencies.

currently we had to add https://api.smith.langchain.com/auth?langgraph-api=true as workaround
