## Description
The Terms and Privacy links displayed in the Google Gemini
footer are not clickable.
The links are visible in the footer, but clicking on them
does not appear to navigate to the corresponding pages.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the Google Gemini application.
2. Navigate to the page containing the footer.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Locate the Terms and Privacy links.
5. Click on either link.
## Expected Behavior
Clicking the Terms link should navigate to the Terms of
Service page.
Clicking the Privacy link should navigate to the Privacy
Policy page.
Both links should be visibly interactive and respond to
user clicks.
## Actual Behavior
The Terms and Privacy links are displayed in the footer,
but they do not appear to be clickable.
No navigation occurs when clicking on the links.
