Description
We are considering using you to implement the Personal Shield Self-Assessment in Tally.
Do NOT build the assessment yet.
Do NOT modify Notion, Payhip, The Internal Shield Version 1, or any other external product.
I need to test one thing first: whether you can make a Tally change that actually persists on the server.
Test
Connect to the existing Personal Shield Self-Assessment Tally draft.
Before making any change, load whatever Tally tools you need for this test.
Make one harmless, reversible test change to the draft.
Explicitly save/persist the change.
Completely reload/fetch the form from Tally's server.
Verify that the test change is still present after the reload.
Critical rule
A staged/session-only change does not count.
Do not report success unless you can demonstrate:
change → save → fresh reload → change still present
If persistence cannot be demonstrated, STOP and report the exact limitation.
Do not attempt the 16-question build, scoring, result logic, tie logic, email capture, or CTA during this test.
Report only
Persistence test: PASS / FAIL
Connected to correct Tally draft:
Test change made:
Save confirmed:
Fresh reload performed:
Test change present after reload:
Any platform/tool limitation:
If PASS, stop and wait for my authorization before building the assessment.

Research direction
No repository files, tests, or entry points are named; first determine whether the repository contains a Tally integration or persistence workflow. Done means demonstrating the requested change → save → fresh reload → change still present sequence, or reporting the exact platform or tool limitation.
