I would like a way to grant a subagent access to all tools.
### Why is this needed?
Currently every subagent must specify ahead of time a limited set of tools it can use. I have a number of relatively general agents that want to use many different tools, and frequently try out new MCP servers, so maintaining these lists is difficult and error prone.
