Roboturk has no True values under "is_last" or "terminate_episode"

Hi,

We noticed that the Roboturk dataset does not have any indicator for the end of an episode. We observed that the values under the keys "is_last" and "is_terminal" are always false. Additionally, the values under "terminate_episode" are all zeros.

We also visualized trajectories from the Roboturk dataset using the official implementation of "TrajectoryTransform". We found that one trajectory might contain step data from two episodes due to the issues mentioned above.

Is this an issue with the dataset, or is there a way for us to determine the end of an episode?
