[BUG] Gemma4:26B Applies Formatting/Linting Changes When Editing A Python File

Description
No matter how small or surgical the change, any change is accompanied by massive linting and stylistic changes that i did not ask for. The agent cannot figure out why these changes are happening. They appear to baked into the actual call to `edit`. And there is no way to avoid them.
