--cpu and -cpu option not available from run_docker.py

Description
Just to confirm, the jackhammer and hhblits cpu settings are fixed to 8 and 4 cores.
To change this I need to modify the python code? As -cpu and --cpu settings are not available from run_docker.py?
Is there a reason why this is fixed to 4 or 8 or can I freely change this without downstream bottlenecks?
