Hi,
I'm unsure what the b-factor column in the AF2-Multimer output pdbs represents. Can I interpret them the same as I would for monomer outputs (i.e., pLDDT < 50 correlates with intrinsic disorder?).
Is it even pLDDT being placed into the b-factor column, or another metric?
