Description
Some of the MSA results from running on the small_bfd dataset look like the following: ERR1041385_8320293/50-118. This seems different from what is expected in `msa_identifiers.py,` and such sequences do not show up in UniProt searches. Which database are these sequences (i.e., that start with ERR) from, and does the number after the underscore indicate the species? Thanks!
