Stale spanish translation

Hi! The [spanish translation branch](https://github.com/goldbergyoni/nodebestpractices/tree/spanish-translation) is being stale from almost 4 years.

I made a [PR](https://github.com/goldbergyoni/nodebestpractices/pull/1279) trying to update that branch a year ago. From what I understand, the translators who were doing it now don't have the time to continue it, not even to review the PR or point out what could be done to continue with the translation.

Can you point out what can I do to keep the translation up to date?

If you do not wish to continue with the translation, I suggest you remove all reference to it as it contains very outdated information.

Start by reviewing the spanish-translation branch and PR #1279, then check where the repository references that translation. Done requires a maintainer decision and either a defined path to bring the Spanish content up to date or removal of its stale references.
