[Feature] playlist plays both offline and online songs (no separate offline playlist)

for people that have a lot of playlists this makes a whole pile of trouble of double playlists. it makes people do a lot of scrolls

### Suggested Solution

idk why this wasn't done before maybe because it must be hard to implement?
anyways this just makes life easy and a lot of apps have this.
