Clarify Version Requirement for Harbor-to-Harbor Replication

i see the note at the bottom of [this document](https://github.com/goharbor/website/blob/main/docs/administration/configuring-replication/_index.md?plain=1#L13) regarding replication between different versions of Harbor. the note also mentions "due to API changes" which leads me to believe this incompatibility may only exist between major versions of harbor (assuming minor and patch versions don't include breaking API changes). is that assumption correct or does the note truly mean separate instances of Harbor need to run the exact same version for replication to work?
