Enhance Footer with "Edit this Page" and "Last Updated" Components

**Description:**
We should enhance our footer to include:
1. An "Edit this page" link that takes users directly to the GitHub edit interface for the current page
2. A "Last updated" timestamp showing when the document was last modified
I have register for GoFr summer of code .
