Table Overflow Breaking Layout on Observability Docs Page

Description
On the [Observability docs page](https://gofr.dev/docs/quick-start/observability), the metrics table has three wide columns (Name, Type, Description) which stretch the page layout.
This causes unnecessary spacing and affects the overall readability and user experience, especially on narrower screens.
The rest of the content gets misaligned due to this overflow.
I'd like to work on this issue as part of the GoFr-SOC.
Could you please assign it to me?
