redis sentinel support

I'm always frustrated when i need to use redis without sentinel

Add ability to connect to redis via sentinel

Start by locating the repository's Redis integration and its connection entry point. Read how current Redis connections are configured, then determine the Sentinel connection inputs and behavior needed. Done means the framework can connect to Redis through Sentinel and the behavior is covered by appropriate tests.
