### Issue description
AFAIK there was a loading indicator. The loading screen when exporting from the Android Editor seems to be missing same for when installing Export template. It feels like the Editor is unresponsive without the loading indicator

Research direction
Reproduce the missing loading indicator by exporting a project and installing an export template from the Android Editor using the Compatibility renderer. Start by tracing the Android Editor's export and template-install flows around ProgressDialog visibility. Done means a loading indicator is visible during both operations and the behavior is verified on the reported Android setup.
