Notice how the polygon displays on the right side view when I edit the polygon, but it disappears after I select another tile 2 times (sometimes once).

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create TileSet with atlas source
2. Add physics layer
3. Select a tile in Select mode in TileSet editor
4. Draw a polygon in Physics Layer
5. Select another tile
6. Select another tile again

### Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the TileSet editor using the listed steps: create an atlas source, add a physics layer, draw a polygon in Select mode, and switch between tiles. Trace the TileSet editor behavior around those tile selections; done means the polygon remains visible after selecting another tile once or twice.
