### System information

Godot v4.6.1.rc1 - Windows 11 (build 26200) - Multi-window, 2 monitors - Direct3D 12 (Mobile) - dedicated Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (Intel Corporation; 32.0.101.7084) - 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz (8 threads) - 15.78 GiB memory

### Issue description

The editor's FPS drops drastically every time I rotate the camera towards the ground – looking upside down.

This performance drop affects the entire Windows 11 system.

### Steps to reproduce

Simply rotate the editor's camera to negative/upside-down positions.
