It is tested in v4.5.1.stable.official, 4.6.beta1 and 4.6.custom-build

### Issue description
The example is when in the project manager in v4.6, use 'Manage Tags' with a project in other version(v4.5 in the video record), the project will turn into v4.6. And the project can be opened without warning.
The godot version of the project should not changed, stay as is.

### Steps to reproduce
* create a new project (v4.5.1) and quit
* use another version(v4.6.beta1) of godot
* select the new project in step 1 and change tags with `Manage Tags`
* the version of the project is changed.
